Nutcracker Drop-In Toddler Ballet Class

IMA Academy invites families to reenact the Nutcracker together this holiday season.

This parents/guardian drop-in ballet class is for young dancers ages 2-3.5, to learn ballet while being silly, using imagination, and moving together to a Nutcracker themed class.

No previous dance is necessary. Families of all backgrounds and abilities are welcome.

Wear whatever fun and safe dance outfit inspires you, or borrow some. The floors are marley, so ballet slippers or socks work great.

$15 per child (cash or card)

Toddler and Me

IMA Academy is thrilled to introduce our Community Drop-in Days. We have something very special to share with kids ages 2-3.5 and their families. 

This intro to Ballet is in English on Saturday mornings at 9am, and Sundays mornings at 10am. The French into to Ballet is offered on Saturday mornings at 10am.

Classes are for parents/guardians and their young dancers to come and enjoy being silly, singing and moving together while working on English or learning French. No previous dance or French is necessary. Families of all backgrounds and abilities are welcome.

Saturdays at:

Center Space/Oshun Dance Studio, 500 NE 28th Ave., Portland, OR

Sundays at:

Polaris Dance Theatre, 1820 NW 18th Ave., Portland, OR

$15-$20 cash or credit card*

*$15 for first drop-in and $20 thereafter. You can register for the prorated session at $18 per class.

***Wear whatever fun and safe dance outfit inspires you, or borrow some of ours! Floors are hardwood so ballet slippers, barefoot, or grip socks work great.***
